Initiative President of T-Mobile & Client Leadership, Jen Hourigan, has been inducted into the American Advertising Federation’s Advertising Hall of Achievement, one of the industry’s highest honors recognizing advertising, marketing, media, and brand leaders aged 40 and under.
Hourigan was recognized for her leadership of Initiative’s T-Mobile business, where she has helped drive 16 consecutive quarters of industry-leading growth while strengthening client partnerships and team culture. She was also honored for co-creating the Empowered People Act, now implemented across more than 40 Initiative accounts, and for her ongoing work raising funds and mentoring young women through Girls Inc. of New York City.
The 2026 class will be formally inducted during the Advertising Hall of Achievement Induction Ceremonies on Thursday, November 19th.
